An award-winning creative leader with over 15 years of experience in brand communication, creative strategy, and digital transformation — including more than 8 years in leadership roles across FMCG, automotive, technology, and lifestyle industries.
Recognized with Cannes Lions, Euro Effie, and Deutscher Mediapreis, Adrian combines creative excellence with strategic vision and a forward-thinking use of AI-enabled processes that enhance creativity, efficiency, and measurable brand impact.
At Adam Hall Group, he played a key role in the company’s creative transformation — redefining its storytelling approach and elevating brand expression across eight global brands. Under his leadership, the group produced 3,000+ content assets and 20+ product launches per year, contributing to 60% revenue growth over five years.
Previously at Emma Sleep, his creative direction and storytelling leadership supported the brand’s international expansion on its path to Unicorn status.
